All beings exist in me, but I do not exist in them — this is my divine mystery.' Krishna declares: 'Even if a person of very bad conduct worships me with undivided devotion, he must be considered righteous — he has taken the right resolve.' The chapter's culmination: 'Fix your mind on me, be devoted to me, worship me, bow to me — you will come to me. I promise you truly, for you are dear to me.'

ರಾಜವಿದ್ಯೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜರಹಸ್ಯದ ಯೋಗ — ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಗೋಪ್ಯ ಉಪದೇಶ. 'ಅವ್ಯಕ್ತ ರೂಪದಿಂದ ಈ ಇಡೀ ವಿಶ್ವವನ್ನು ವ್ಯಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಸಮಸ್ತ ಜೀವಿಗಳೂ ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿವೆ, ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿಲ್ಲ — ಇದೇ ನನ್ನ ದಿವ್ಯ ರಹಸ್ಯ.' ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕರುಣಾಮಯ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿದೆ — 'ಅತ್ಯಂತ ದುರಾಚಾರಿಯೂ ಅನನ್ಯ ಭಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಭಜಿಸಿದರೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಸಾಧುವೆಂದೇ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕು — ಅವನು ಸರಿಯಾದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ.' ಜಾತಿ, ಲಿಂಗ, ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಯಾವುದೂ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಲ್ಲ.
