The Book of Shalya. Day 18. Shalya (Nakula and Sahadeva's maternal uncle) briefly commands and is killed by Yudhishthira. Shakuni is killed by Sahadeva. Duryodhana hides in the Dvaipayana lake. Challenged, he fights Bhima with maces. Bhima breaks his thighs. The Saraswati Tirtha yatra (Balarama's pilgrimage during the entire war) is also described.
ಶಲ್ಯನ ಗ್ರಂಥ. ಹದಿನೆಂಟನೆಯ ದಿನ. ಶಲ್ಯ ಸೇನಾಪತಿಯಾಗಿ ಯುಧಿಷ್ಠಿರನಿಂದ ಹತನಾದದ್ದು. ಸಹದೇವ ಶಕುನಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಂದದ್ದು. ದುರ್ಯೋಧನ ದ್ವೈಪಾಯನ ಸರೋವರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡಗಿದ್ದು, ಭೀಮನೊಡನೆ ಗದಾಯುದ್ಧ. ಯುದ್ಧವಿಡೀ ತೀರ್ಥಯಾತ್ರೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಬಲರಾಮನ ಸರಸ್ವತೀ ಯಾತ್ರೆಯ ವರ್ಣನೆಯೂ ಇದೆ.
