In Svarga, Yudhishthira finds Duryodhana throned in glory; he rages, demanding his brothers. He is shown them in hell — and chooses to stay with them. The illusion dissolves. All the Pandavas, Kauravas, Draupadi, Karna — all appear in celestial forms. All find peace. The Mahabharata ends.
ಸ್ವರ್ಗಾರೋಹಣದ ಗ್ರಂಥ — ಕೊನೆಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅತಿ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಪರ್ವ. ಯುಧಿಷ್ಠಿರನಿಗಾಗಿ ಇಂದ್ರ ದಿವ್ಯರಥದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಂದದ್ದು. ನಾಯಿ ಸ್ವತಃ ಧರ್ಮದೇವತೆಯಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾದದ್ದು. ಸ್ವರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ದುರ್ಯೋಧನನನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಕೋಪಗೊಂಡು, ನರಕದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ತಮ್ಮಂದಿರೊಂದಿಗೇ ಇರಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದು. ಮಾಯೆ ಕರಗಿ ಪಾಂಡವರು, ಕೌರವರು, ದ್ರೌಪದಿ, ಕರ್ಣ — ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ದಿವ್ಯರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಂತಿ ಪಡೆದದ್ದು. ಮಹಾಭಾರತ ಸಮಾಪ್ತಿ.
